CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, such decision will constitute a breach of its obligations to the Hotel and the Hotel would be harmed. Client will pay liquidated damages, as set out below, to the Hotel. Liquidated damages are due within fifteen (15) business days upon receipt of the cancellation invoice. The following schedule will apply:
50 % of Group room block revenue in the event of cancellation occurring from date of Contract signature to 61 days prior to Group arrival. 75 % of Group room block revenue in the event of cancellation occurring from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival. 100 % of Group room block revenue in the event of cancellation occurring from 0 to 30 days prior to arrival.
Applicable charges are based on the contracted rates, room category and occupancy. Client agrees to notify Hotel, in writing, within 5 business days of any decision to cancel. All advance payments held by the Hotel are non-refundable and will be applied toward any outstanding charges due to the Hotel, as a result of cancellation.
Payment details:
- A $250.00 deposit is due on or before 10/15/2024
- Monthly payments due dates are – 11/15/2024, 1/15/2025, 2/15/2025, 3/15/2025, 4/15/2025 & 5/15/2025
